◆Welcome to Double Diamond Rentals, providing furnished single-family homes to corporate temporary housing, families, travel professionals and military personnel in the best and safest places in Central Arkansas, Middle Tennessee, South Florida and West Georgia! All of our homes are stylish single-family homes that can accommodate housing for families, or several employees for a corporation. Custom rates and lease terms are available from short to mid-term stays.
◆ In 2017, I moved from Arkansas and provided my family home to travel nurses. Since then, I noticed travel professionals struggled to find a furnished home in a safe neighborhood, and that is exactly what my home had to offer. Move ahead to 2022 and I now have many houses available for families that are modern, newly furnished and in the best and safest cities and neighborhoods.To accomplish this, I pitched my idea to a good friend of nearly 40 years, and he agreed to partner and start buying homes. We agreed and Double Diamond Rentals was born!
◆ We decided that we would personally manage these homes ourselves and will not use any property management companies. We believe personal customer service is essential. I know how difficult it is to move to an area that is unfamiliar, and I strive to provide the comfort that our homes are in great safe areas that are convenient to all the amenities the area has to offer.
As I realized there was a need that I had to meet, I primarily focus on providing homes for displaced families through Corporate Temporary Housing. Realizing the stress that comes with being displaced from your home, I work closely with Relocation Specialist to make the transition as smooth as possible. I also manage the home availability to ensure tenants needs are being met if the families need to extend their stay to prevent multiple relocation while they are waiting for their home to be repaired.
◆ In 2023, we have added two more homes in the Central Arkansas area, expanded to Middle Tennessee with the addition of three new homes and launched two homes in South Florida, located in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach! Our homes are diverse expanding from modest 3 bedroom homes to a large 5 bedroom home situated on 25 acres. We can meet the needs of the family, whether there is only one person or a large family.
